The Early Eczema Care Method™ Terms and Conditions 


1. Parties and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "you," or "your") and the creator and operator of The Early Eczema Care Method™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the online course titled A Clear System for Your Child's Eczema — The Early Eczema Care Method™, including all associated materials, videos, guides, templates, community access, and supplemental content (collectively, the "Course").

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

By enrolling, you represent and warrant that: You are at least 18 years of age or the legal guardian of the child for whom you are seeking guidance. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You will use the Course solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. All information you provide during enrollment is accurate and complete.  

3. Medical Disclaimer

THIS COURSE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR CARE.

The Early Eczema Care Method™ is an educational resource designed to help parents and caregivers better understand, track, and manage their child's eczema through organisational systems, routines, and general skincare education.

The Course:

  • Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
  • Does not replace the advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations of a licensed physician, dermatologist, allergist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
  • May not be appropriate for all children or all presentations of eczema.

Always consult your child's doctor, dermatologist, or allergist before making changes to any prescribed treatment plan, medication regimen, or skincare routine.

Results described in course materials are not guaranteed and individual outcomes will vary.

4. License to Use Course Materials

4.1 Limited Personal License

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course materials for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with managing your child's eczema care.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT, without our express prior written consent:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any portion of the Course materials.
  • Share your login credentials with any other person.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Course or any materials derived from it.
    Use the Course content to create competing products or services.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or branding within the Course.
  • Record, screenshot, or download video content except where expressly permitted. \

5. Payment, Pricing, and Refund Policy

5.1 Payment

Course fees are displayed at the time of enrollment. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered and selected. All prices are in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a [30]-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Course within [30] days of the date of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [insert email address]. To be eligible for a refund: Your refund request must be submitted within the stated refund window. Refund requests submitted after the window has closed will not be honored. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Refund policies may differ for promotional pricing or bundled offers. Any exceptions will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

6. Course Access and Duration

Unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment, you will receive lifetime access to the Course materials as they exist at the time of your enrollment, subject to the continued operation of the Course platform. We reserve the right to update, modify, or retire course content at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled Students of material changes. Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate any provision of this Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Course — including but not limited to videos, written materials, worksheets, templates, graphics, the The Early Eczema Care Method™ name, and all associated trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to you. The Early Eczema Care Method™ is a registered trademark [or trademark pending]. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

If the Course includes access to any online community, forum, or group (e.g., Facebook Group, private community platform), you agree to: Treat all members with respect and dignity. Refrain from sharing offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content. Not solicit other members for commercial purposes. Keep personal health information shared within the community confidential. We reserve the right to remove you from any community space for violations of these guidelines without refund.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Guarantee of Results

The Course is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Course for your child's specific condition. Results shared by other users are illustrative and not representative of every student's experience.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Course. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Course.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Course is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By enrolling, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify enrolled Students of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the course platform. Your continued use of the Course following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Course and, if within the refund window, may request a refund.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Course immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to access the Course materials will immediately cease. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Course shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
